The aspiration to be better, to become better, individually and socially, finds the ideal habitat in the countless shades of this concept.
But ethics is a simple word only in words. In the business environment, the principle is still perceived with suspicion, in the firm belief that profit and morality cannot coexist.
It will be because ethics is a path, from the difficult and uphill beginning. Or because ethics is a choice that does not allow us to turn around when it make yourself comfortable. Ethics require energy, commitment and moral investment. Ethics is a noble creed, whose roots lie in one's self. ETHICS = EGO.
For Immanuel Kant, ethics comprise the behaviour of the one who works guided not by fears of punishment or opportunistic hopes of reward, but by his own reason, in order to “Act in such a way that you treat humanity, […], never merely as a means to an end, but always at the same time as an end.”
For us, however, ethics is the only way to do business. And on this, today, we put the our signature.
